Terms of Service
The terms that apply to quotations, orders and the use of this website.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for up to 3 working days unless stated otherwise and are subject to stock availability at the time of confirmation. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless agreed otherwise.
Orders
An order is accepted once we issue an order confirmation or proforma invoice. Orders are subject to a minimum value of USD 200 (CNY 1,000) unless agreed otherwise.
Payment
Unless credit terms have been agreed, payment is due before shipment. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, credit/debit card and Western Union. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
Shipping & risk
Delivery times are indicative and exclude customs delays. Risk passes to the buyer on dispatch, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Return & After-sales policy. Claims must be raised within 30 days of receipt.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Part numbers, manufacturer names and trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
