Our inspection process
Supplier verification
We source through established franchised and independent channels and review supplier history before placing an order.
Incoming inspection
On arrival we verify part number, quantity, manufacturer, date code and packaging against the purchase order.
Visual & authenticity check
Markings, labelling and physical condition are inspected for signs of counterfeiting or damage.
Packaging & dispatch
Parts are packed in ESD-safe materials and labelled with lot information before shipping.
What we check
Part number
Exact match to the ordered device, including suffix and package.
Quantity
Counted and reconciled against the packing list.
Date code
Recorded and reported where required.
Package & finish
Case type, lead finish and pin condition reviewed.
Our commitment
If a shipment does not conform to the agreed specification, contact us within the return window with the order number and photos. We will investigate and, where a claim is valid, arrange replacement or credit. We would rather resolve a problem quickly than lose a long-term customer.
